Secangkir coffee...



Do you know the benefits of caffeine ?....For my tesis I run experimental research how caffeine influenced the cognitive activities and emotion. And I found that caffeine improve memory, increase rate of info process by brain but nothing to do with calculation. My respondents also reported caffeine does improve their moods. So why don't U drink caffeine.
From my study on the other reviews and journal, I can conclude that...caffeine can prevent diabetes, does not cause hypertension in long run, same goes with stroke. Besides, 80% of its metabolites promote lipolysis, so it promote weight loss right.In conclusion, Drink coffee...2-3 cups perday is safe.
